My name is Parker Doolin and I am a 20 year old sophomore at Northwest Nazarene University.  I am majoring in Music Industry. My first love in the industry is to play guitar, but I recently discovered the excitement in managing  and producing a concert. Last years concert went really well and I want to build off of what I learned to make Off The Radar 2019 even better.
